Senior Legal Counsel

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Providing day-to-day legal advice on company operations and services
• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, SLAs, and NDAs
• Identifying legal risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
• Ensuring compliance with personal data protection regulations (including GDPR), drafting necessary documentation, and maintaining compliance standards
• Monitoring and advising on regulatory developments in blockchain, AI, and Web3 spaces, including privacy laws, financial regulations, and compliance issues.
• Advising on intellectual property protection strategies, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and licensing, and handle related disputes.
• Developing strategies to engage with regulators and industry bodies on legal issues and policies affecting blockchain and AI technologies.
• Working with clients ranging from big companies to small startups, guiding them through a legal roadmap for corporate governance and other issues.
• Staying ahead of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
