Senior Financial Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

‍

• Be the right hand of our Chief Financial Officer in driving excellence in financial reporting, forecasting as well as support strategic devision-making by preparing reports, budgets and financial statements.
• Drive excellence in collecting and interpreting the right financial data for operational continuation, ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reports.
• Own and design financial reporting standards and templates with the goal to establish best practices for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across the business.
• Propose and monitor key financial metrics and provide performance analysis, accompanied by actionable recommendation to leadership for improvement.
• Assess the profitability of projects, business units, and product lines.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to department heads, proactively identifying opportunities for financial optimization and strategic growth.
• Support strategic initiatives such as pricing modelling, investment decisions, and new business models.
• Contribute to the preparation of board-level or investor reporting packages.
• Improve automation and visualization of recurring reports and dashboards.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

‍

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with financial analysis, modelling, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, BI tools, and accounting software.
• Familiarity with IFRS and local accounting principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify financial discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
• Fluent English proficiency is mandatory.

• Experience in the technology or blockchain sector is an advantage.
• Certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or CIMA are a plus.
