Sales Representative

WHAT YOU WIIL BE DOING

  • Identifying and engaging potential clients across the Web2 and Web3 landscape through platforms such as Telegram, LinkedIn, and X
  • Attending strategic meetings, industry events, and conferences to build visibility and strengthen relationships.
  • Becoming highly proficient in articulating LimeChain’s service offerings and value proposition.
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads, scheduling meetings, and consistently growing the sales pipeline in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Owning operational oversight of new client acquisition, and long-term business network growth.
  • Setting, communicating, and executing strategic plans to meet and exceed business development targets.
  • Maintaining a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities by proactively expanding outreach and nurturing key relationships.
  • Reporting regularly on pipeline activity, lead quality, and outreach performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Executing full-cycle sales activities - from prospecting to closing - within DeFi, TradFi, and broader financial verticals.
  • Working closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and other teams to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Building and sustaining a strong pipeline through active prospecting, lead generation, and consistent pursuit of new business opportunities.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with advanced negotiation and closing skills required
  • Ability to travel for strategic business meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed.
  • Experience in closing deals, particularly in B2B sales, is often highly valued.
