Product Owner

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
‍

• Managing client-facing product development processes by collaborating with clients to understand their vision, goals, and challenges, and providing guidance on product strategy, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
• Translating client requirements into clear user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and actionable deliverables to guide development teams.
• Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog in alignment with strategic objectives, incorporating feedback from stakeholders, users, and market research.
• Acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders, developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the development process.
• Facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Advising clients on emerging trends in blockchain, Web3, and decentralized technologies while helping them evaluate trade-offs between scope, quality, and timelines.
• Contributing to improving internal processes to enhance product delivery, client satisfaction, and team efficiency.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
‍

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Jira, Trello, GitHub, Notion, Miro, and Figma, leveraging these tools for various aspects of product development, collaboration, and design.

• Prior experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or decentralized applications (dApps).
• Familiarity with Web3 technologies, DeFi, NFTs, or smart contracts.
• Basic technical knowledge of blockchain fundamentals
