Junior GEO & SEO Specialist

We are now on the lookout for a Junior GEO & SEO Specialist to support LimeChain's organic visibility across search engines, AI answer engines, and relevant digital channels. This is a hands-on, learning-oriented role for someone who is curious about SEO, GEO, analytics, content optimization, and B2B marketing.

Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with the Content Marketing Specialist and other team members, you will help with keyword research, content optimization, website updates, performance tracking, and basic reporting. You will support execution, learn from senior stakeholders, and help make LimeChain's expertise easier to discover online.

What You'll Do:

‍

• Support AI-search visibility: Help execute tactics that get our content surfaced and cited by AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and AI-powered search (Generative Engine Optimization, or GEO).
• Format content for LLMs: Learn to structure claims, answers, and phrasing so LLMs can easily parse, trust, and quote our content.
• Assist in content creation: Help draft and update GEO-optimized web pages, FAQs, definitional explainers, and comparison pages built to be cited.
• Maintain off-site presence: Help build our authority across the sources LLMs rely on, including Reddit, Wikipedia, and review platforms like Clutch and G2.
• Assist with digital PR: Support outreach campaigns to win citations, mentions, and authoritative coverage across the web.
• Learn the technical groundwork: Assist with basic structured data, schema implementation, content architecture, and monitoring crawlability.
• Track how we show up: Regularly monitor whether and how we appear in AI answers for our target queries, and help benchmark us against competitors.
• Support marketing analytics: Assist with tracking GEO and web analytics (GTM, GA4), pulling data to help the team guide optimization.
• Keep SEO strong: Provide day-to-day support for traditional SEO alongside GEO, including basic keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Pitch in: Help coordinate content-related projects and support the wider marketing team on administrative or execution tasks where needed.

What You Bring To The Table:

‍

• 1+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, or a strong desire to transition into AI search optimization.
• Basic grasp of SEO fundamentals (interest or foundational knowledge in on-page SEO, keywords, and how search engines work).
• Familiarity with a CMS (Webflow, WordPress, or similar) is a major plus.
• Enthusiasm for AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude) and an eagerness to learn how they apply to modern marketing.
• A proactive learner who is organized, taktes direction well, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Fluent written and verbal English with a keen eye for detail.

• Any hands-on exposure to GEO / AI search optimization or prompting.
• Prior experience or interest in digital PR, forum participation (Reddit), or review platforms.
• Curiosity about or familiarity with crypto, blockchain, or fintech.
• Basic content writing ability (such as drafting FAQs or short explainers).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) or Google Tag Manager.
