Junior Backend Developer

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Building and maintaining REST APIs
• Completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
• Demonstrating a proactive attitude when blocked or in need of new tasks
• Communicating progress transparently and ensuring task visibility
• Managing time efficiently and seeking help when necessary
• Collaborating with the team to break down tasks of small to medium complexity
• Addressing code review feedback quickly
• Participating in code reviews and providing thoughtful feedback

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Experience with at least one back-end programming language or framework (Golang/Node.js/Java/Rust)
• Basic understanding of the HTTP protocol
• Familiarity with version control systems and basic Git workflows
• Knowledge of task tracking tools such as Jira or GitHub Issues
• Experience in creating REST APIs
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a back-end development role in the web3 context
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to collaborate and work transparently with the team
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities
• Willingness to accept and learn from feedback
