WHAT YOU WIIL BE DOING

  • Defining, implementing, and overseeing strategic initiatives to meet targeted revenue growth and new business opportunities.
  • Managing and working with a team of BDMs, SDRs, Technical Presales Solution Architects, and Outreach Specialists, ensuring targets are consistently achieved and exceeded.
  • Leading by example through proactive engagement with strategic clients, partners, and attendance at key industry events.
  • Working closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, planning, and operations, to align strategies and deliver on client commitments.
  • Continuously analyzing market trends, competitors, and client needs to adjust and optimize business development strategies proactively.
  • Developing and managing departmental budgets and resource allocation to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Setting, communicating, and executing strategic plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Owning operational oversight of revenue goals, new client acquisition, and long-term business network growth.
  • Fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment that values mentorship, resilience, adaptability, and continuous learning.
  • Ensuring clear and consistent communication internally and externally, building trust and credibility within the Web3 ecosystem.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development within the tech industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth, managing strategic client accounts, and acquiring new high-value business partnerships.
  • Strong leadership competencies, including mentoring, strategic decision-making, team motivation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with a preference for experience or strong interest in blockchain and Web3 technologies.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and client management capabilities.
  • Ability to travel for strategic business meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to market shifts and emerging opportunities within the Web3 landscape.
