WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The Growth Marketing Manager role is a senior multifaceted role, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, which reports directly to Lime’s Chief Marketing Officer. The Growth Marketing Manager primary responsibility is to drive the company’s growth by creating, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels.

The role involves continual testing and refinement of marketing tactics, keeping abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, and exploring new channel strategies for user acquisition and growth.

Own Marketing Segmentation & GTM: Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and build highly targeted prospect lists, develop the overall go-to-market strategy for new product features and target segments, ensuring alignment with sales goals and pipeline targets. Collaborate closely with Sales or Delivery Leadership on positioning, offers, messaging alignment, and objection handling to ensure maximum market impact.

Drive Execution: Orchestrate, and own end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, email, social media, webinars, co-marketing partnerships, and emerging growth channels (e.g., Reddit, YouTube, niche communities).

Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Sales Alignment: Work closely with the Sales team to create and manage campaigns that support Account-Based Marketing initiatives, specifically focusing on warming up audiences and prospects for outreach.

Focus on Performance Marketing & CRO: Drive high-velocity A/B testing across all campaign assets (messaging, audience targeting, creative, CTAs) and be responsible for landing page creation and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

Improve  Lead Generation: Develop and segment targeted prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and Apollo for immediate campaign activation.

Drive MarTech & Automation: Manage Martech integrations and effectively use CRM (e.g., Zoho) for campaign segmentation, tracking, and reporting. Introduce and operationalize AI tooling and automation workflows to improve campaign efficiency and personalization.

Optimize Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily. Report weekly on key marketing and sales funnel metrics, pipeline progress, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Amplify Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Content, Social Media, Product Marketing, and Sales teams on positioning, offers, messaging alignment, and objection handling.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven marketer with a "builder" mentality who thrives on turning ideas into measurable growth.

Specific Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4-5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, performance marketing, or campaign management, preferably in a service-providing business.
  • Performance Marketing Expertise: Solid background in managing and scaling performance marketing channels (paid, owned, and earned).
  • B2B Focus: Proven previous experience in a B2B environment, specifically driving demand generation and pipeline within Strategic Account segments.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset; you must be comfortable testing, measuring, and iterating continuously with high autonomy.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Deep experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
    • Hands-on experience with Martech integration, specifically CRM usage for campaign management.
    • Hands-on experience with marketing and sales enablement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Clay).
    • Experience with landing page builders and CRO best practices.
  • Soft Skills: Team player, exceptional communicator and relationship builder, capable of aligning stakeholders across Marketing and Sales teams. Results-oriented and decisive with high accountability.
