Global Business Development Manager

At LimeChain, we are building the financial and operational backbone of tomorrow: built on distributed blockchain systems, enhanced with AI, and together with some of the biggest and most exciting companies in the world.

We are looking for a dynamic Business Developer to join our Revenue Team and accelerate our global footprint. In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner to our clients, identifying unique business needs and driving high-impact opportunities from initial discovery to a successful close.

If you are agentic, proactive, and commercially savvy, you’ll fit right in. We need someone comfortable navigating conversations that range from agile startups to the world’s largest financial institutions. Working alongside our Marketing, Revenue Leadership, and Pre-sales Architects, you will:

  • Own the full sales cycle - from executing targeted outreach and qualifying MQLs to leading negotiations and closing deals.
  • Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to map client challenges to LimeChain’s blockchain and AI solutions.
  • Build long-term, credible partnerships with key prospects and ensure smooth handovers to technical teams.
  • Work with Marketing and Pre-sales to sharpen messaging, optimize lead-gen, and improve internal sales processes.
  • Maintain precise records in Zoho CRM and leverage Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools for account research and outreach.
  • Stay ahead of Blockchain/AI trends, mentor new team members, and represent LimeChain at industry events (Expected travel: up to 2–3x per quarter)

What You Bring To The Table:

  • Solid full-cycle sales experience, preferably in FinTech, IT services, software development, technology consulting, or another B2B technology environment.
  • Experience conducting discovery calls and translating client needs into a clear value proposition.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, consistently follow up, and independently move opportunities forward.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales, pipeline, or business development targets.
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mindset with high ownership, proactivity, and motivation to learn and do.
  • Good time management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented approach and resilience in a fast-moving sales environment.

  • Existing professional network in Fintech or Banking
  • Experience selling blockchain technologies to organizations with little or no blockchain experience
