Head of Growth
We at Lime are striving to contribute as much as possible to bring more Blockchain enabled future and to achieve this we are looking for Head of Growth to help transfer that goal to reality.
What is expected from our future dream Head of Growth:
- Set the marketing strategy that is in line with the business goals of the company (including marketing channels, narrative, a ton of voice and etc.)
- Be an executer with a hands-on approach – execute on the strategy and plans she/he has set.
- Ability to plan, execute, and iterate marketing campaigns at a rapid pace.
- Experimental and analytical approach to marketing campaigns.
- Be knowledgable in Branding, digital marketing, lead generation, content marketing, performance marketing, SEO, PR
- Proactively finds opportunities to capitalize on market opportunities and position Limechain and in relevant media, and industry events including directly communicating with partners.
- Diligent, accountable & responsible
- Data-driven and analytical
- Result oriented
- Has a startup mentality- functions well in an early stage, rapidly growing environment. Don’t rely on rules and procedures but rather is driven by the end goal.
- Can operate independently
- Functions well in a team (can collaborate well with the other business functions)
- Become a vibrant part of the blockchain community
- Be open to travel and represent Lime
The best candidate shall have the following experience:
- Proven track record and experience in driving growth in B2B market (minimum of 2 years of experience)
- Previous experience in a fast-growing industry and/or company
- Relevant education or training is a benefit but not required
- Experience with ”digital first” brand
- Thorough experience in digital marketing, lead generation, content marketing, PR
- Experience in content creation
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Passion about blockchain and emerging tech is a plus
