In the third episode of the Blockchain Meditations podcast we have Shiv Malik, who is heading the Community at Streamr. The company is creating an open source platform for free and fair exchange of the world’s real-time data. Their blockchain-backed data Marketplace and powerful tools put your data back to the end user.
Malik has quite an interesting journey and prior to becoming part of Streamr, he has been part of a team of investigative journalists at The Guardian, where he reported on matters such as terrorism and labor rights until 2016. Moreover, he is a writer of two books and a founder of a think-tank. His journey in the blockchain world began in 2017, when he switched to work in corporate communications.
