WHAT YOU WIIL BE DOING

  • Drive New Business Growth: Own LimeChain’s new client targets by opening, negotiating, and closing high-value opportunities across key markets (Web3, enterprise blockchain, fintech). Build and maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline.
  • Shape Outbound Sales Strategy: Co-create the GTM with the CMO and leadership team, define target markets and focus areas, and build scalable outbound playbooks, processes, and deal frameworks.
  • Lead and Scale the Sales Team: Build and coach a high-performing team grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ensure data-driven consistency in pipeline management, forecasting, and Salesforce usage.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and grow partnerships that expand reach and drive customer acquisition. Collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns, events, and thought leadership, representing LimeChain externally.
  • Strengthen Existing Relationships: Support renewals and renegotiations with existing clients in partnership with the Chief Delivery Officer to sustain long-term business.
  • Contribute to Executive Leadership: Act as a strategic partner to the C-level team, aligning sales goals with business priorities and providing market insights to inform company strategy.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

For this role, you need to have multiple years of direct sales leadership experience managing a team working across multiple sales channels. During that time, you’ve managed an exceptional track record of building great sales teams, focused on delivery growth through new business and consistently getting results. Lastly, you're results-oriented and have a bias for getting work done.

Specifically the ideal person for the role is:

  • High-Achiever - Have a proven track record of consistently achieving company new business commitments by generating and closing key client deals.
  • Excellent sales leader - Creating and executing outbound sales process and ability to build and lead a (international) sales team, comprised of sales executives, account managers and sales ops roles.
  • Visionary and strategic thinker – You are capable of creating a long-term vision for the sales organization and translating it into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder – You can build trust across all levels of the organization, especially with clients, Delivery Managers, and other C-level executives.
  • Decisive and resilient – You thrive under pressure, make difficult decisions confidently, and adapt quickly to new challenges.
