Social Media Manager

WHAT YOU WIIL BE DOING

• Developing and executing a social media strategy across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook to drive engagement and brand presence in the web3 space
• Collaborating closely with content creators to produce compelling and relevant content that resonates with our decentralized community
• Managing the day-to-day operations of our social media accounts: scheduling posts, monitoring performance, and engaging with the community through comments and messages in a timely manner
• Launching and executing social media campaigns designed to boost brand visibility, foster community engagement, and drive conversions within the blockchain ecosystem
• Identifying, engaging, and partnering with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to amplify our reach and enhance credibility in the web3 space
• Analyzing social media performance, providing regular reports on key metrics, and using insights to fine-tune and optimize our strategies
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure messaging consistency across all social platforms, and seamlessly integrating influencer marketing into our broader strategic initiatives

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• 2-3 years in social media management, preferably within the web3, blockchain, or technology sectors
• Strong ability to create, curate, and manage content that resonates with audiences across various social media platforms
• Proven ability to identify and work with influencers and KOLs to create impactful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth
• Experience with social media analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies
• A strong interest in the web3 space, with a commitment to educating and engaging with a broader audience through social media
